Rooftop Delivery

Company Policies


We accept cash, checks and Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards. Charge accounts are available to licensed contractors, subject to credit approval (credit application). Please contact us to establish an account.


Unless stated otherwise, terms for approved Woodfeathers charge account orders are 1% 10th, net 11th.

Price quotes

Our price quotes are good for 10 days unless stated otherwise.


Deliveries in progress cannot be canceled without our consent. When cancellation is agreeable, the customer must pay any expense incurred relative to the cancellation.

Returned Goods

Returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking charge. All merchandise accepted for return must be accompanied by a reciept, have been purchased within the last 30 days and must be returned in saleable condition.

Non-stock and special order items may not be returned for credit.


Please make sure your order contains a full description of all items to be delivered. Provide complete delivery address (including lot number if applicable), cross street and preferred delivery date and time.

Undeliverable orders due to incorrect address or job site conditions (not ready, blocked access, etc.) will be subject to redelivery charges.

Minimum Orders

Minimum order for delivery is 40 bundles.


Any federal, state or local taxes will be added when applicable.


All material and accessory warranties are limited to that which is offered by the manufacturer. Please follow the manufacturer’s warranty instructions when making a claim of product defect.
